the project is located in a prime location with convenient transport, whether by public transport or by car. the condo is next to krung thon buri bts, and you can travel to the sathon and wongwian yai areas within a few minutes. there are complete facilities, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a park, and plenty of parking for residents. the atmosphere is also relaxing. the rooms are easy to buy and resell. i bought a resale unit at a reasonable price, and it is definitely worth it.

i'm in love with this project! although this place is not the most adjacent to the chao phraya river, this condo's view is as beautiful as other riverside condominiums. the room i stayed in is a spacious two-bedroom unit, simply decorated. also, it is not far from saphan taksin bts station, making it easy to travel around. for those who have a car, the journey may be a little complicated as it isn't near the main road. in terms of price, i think it's reasonable. i recommended it for anyone looking for a condo with a stunning view.

i wanted to buy a condo for rental business or speculating sales, so my friend recommended this condo to me in the sathorn area. this condo is a luxurious 40-story condo decorated with a modern design. the unit is fully furnished, so it's ready to move in. overall, it is perfect. it is also a perfect option for those who want small rooms at a very low price. also, there are complete facilities like a swimming pool, fitness center, garden, and car parking space. the project is also in an excellent location in the heart of the city. if you're interested and looking for a place to live nearby, this is not far from sathorn. the project is very interesting and ready to move in and go up and chill in the rooftop garden. you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the city.

i think this place is a good investment. there is a supermarket, coffee shop, and pharmacy on the ground floor. the gym looks a bit old. i bought a 2-bedroom spacious unit on the 25th floor. it comes with modern furniture and a spectacular view of the chao phraya river. the atmosphere is good. the surrounding environment is lively. it's easy to get around because it's close to charoen nakhon bts. there are also many nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops. the price is reasonable, and it is worthwhile to purchase.

it is a low-rise condo that is difficult to find in this area. even though it is located in a prosperous area, the atmosphere is quiet and ideal for living. i like the car parking lot the most because it is available to all rooms and you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. the room that i bought is a 1 bedroom unit. the interior space is spacious, open, comfortable with a large balcony. the furniture is high quality and has a luxurious design. most importantly, it is convenient for both private cars and public transit modes since the project is close to the main road and krung thon buri bts.

i've been renting here for a long time because i work in this area, and i am very impressed with the location near the bts. it's also easy to get to iconsiam; just take the krung thon buri bts, the extension of the golden line, which takes only a few minutes to get there. as for the room i'm renting, it's a 1 bedroom unit, good size and suitable for staying alone. the room's equipment and furniture are of high-quality materials. also, it has great zoning proportions. besides, the project security system is okay. the common area is, although fully equipped, it's pretty small. i think the bigger swimming pool and wider fitness center would be great.

i'm currently staying here. it has been built for a long time, but it still looks new. this place has 40 floors with a very clean white color. the room that i have been renting is furnished with beautiful furniture, and has a spacious living area even though it has only 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. it is perfectly divided into a kitchen and living room. the view from my room is fabulous. in addition, there are many facilities, such as a large pool, a fitness center, a shop, and a very strict security system, which makes me feel at ease. the location is great, easy to go everywhere, only 100 meters to krung thon buri bts. it's an awesome place for me!
