it's a new condo project with a view of the chao phraya river. the project is located next to the main road, rama 3 road, which is very convenient. asiatique the riverfront is also nearby. as for the project, its modern design is beautiful. there is automatic parking and various facilities. most of them are on the rooftop with a great river view. plus, there are 4 room-styles to choose from. the room proportion is perfectly divided. i really like it.

it is a luxury and gorgeous condo decorated with classic architecture, located in a good area and close to various places, such as shopping malls, shop stores, restaurants, etc. i have been living for several months, which has 2 bedrooms and is furnished beautifully and modernly, providing a private sense of living space in the midst of nature. you will fall in love with this project because it is also convenient in terms of transportation, as it is close to wat pariwat brt and chong nonsi brt, allowing for easy access to the city center.

the condo has a very good atmosphere and a beautiful reception hall has been elegantly decorated in a modern style. the studio room looks good. the furniture is of high quality and impressively modern style. there are also many facilities such as the fitness room and the swimming pool provided for residents. on top of that, you can travel anywhere with ease as it is adjacent to the main road. a taxi is a convenient option.

i have the opportunity to visit friends who live here. it's a luxurious project. the atmosphere is quiet, very pleasant to live. it's next to the chao phraya river. in addition, this location is very convenient, near there is int, which is a small community mall with many famous restaurants there. my friend lives in a 3-bedrooms penthouse, which is spacious and clean. the security guards here provide good service. nice one!

i rented a 3 bedroom unit here to live with my family because the room has a spacious area and is fully furnished with nice furniture. my room is on the 24th floor overlooking the chao phraya river. there are also a lot of facilities, but seriously, i rarely use anything besides the swimming pool and fitness. the outdoor pool is large, which is what i like. also, it is close to a u restaurant, which is only 3 minutes walk away. overall, i am very happy to live here.

this condo is located on rama 3 road, next to the chao phraya river. it is conveniently located near the fresh market and centralplaza rama 3. this condo offers a beautiful view of the chao phraya river. the project atmosphere is very natural, filled with large and small trees providing shade. i feel comfortable. the common areas are complete, comprising indoor and outdoor parking spaces, shops, laundry rooms, a library, a relaxing area by the pool, a fitness center, and a large swimming pool overlooking the chao phraya river view. there are recreation areas and a communal garden area for walking along the chao phraya river by the pool. there is also an excellent 24-hour security system. the rooms are available from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms. however, i love a 1-bedroom with 34 square meters that perfectly meets my needs since it is fully furnished, which you drag your bag to live in.

the project is close to the chao phraya river and has numerous amenities nearby, including shops, restaurants, department stores, and hospitals. it has a small number of units compared to the height of the 35-storey building. the project's surrounding environment has been designed to be beautiful and private. the room i bought is a 2 bedroom unit on the 23rd floor. the living area is large, it goes well together with modern furniture, and also i got a stunning unobstructed view of the chao phraya river. there are shops and vending machine services on the ground floor. it is a very attractive project for investment.

i used to live here since i was a student, and i love it because it is a massive project with few units, giving a personal sense. though it was completed a long time, the structure is still durable and well-maintained. the room i lived in was 2 bedrooms, designed in a stylish with a perfect area and was fully furnished. importantly, the common area has a complete range of facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym, garden, and a 24h security system. what's more, the location is perfect, close to saphan taksin bts, and many buses are passing through the area. it is also surrounded by convenience stores, like 7-eleven, and leading shopping malls, including big c extra ratchadaphisek, centralplaza rama 3, and dream world.

the room here is inexpensive. i made no mistake buying a 1-bedroom unit at all. the room space is large and the furniture provided is in new condition. everything works fine. more importantly, my room's view is the chao phraya river and the city as well. my girlfriend also loves to sit and enjoy the scenery there. shame that the condo is located on rama 3 road. therefore, there will be some noise. about the staff, they have excellent services and solve problems quickly. it is fast and efficient. parking is adequate, and the common area is also clean.

it's a very big project, there are many types of restaurants serving thai food, isaan food and international food, as well as a tea and coffee shop and many stores. the gym is fully equipped, and the swimming pool is massive, but there aren't enough parking spaces. the residential building is quite old, yet it has been properly maintained. the security guards are very nice. the neighbors in the past were koreans and japanese. these days, most of the neighbors are black people . but i'm used to it because i've been here for many years. my room has one bedroom with a usable area of almost 40 square meters and is fully furnished. the condo is in a good location, but the traffic is quite congested. luckily, there is a bus stop in front of the project. and the rent is cheap. recommended!
