The luxurious condo is close to Jomtien Beach South. It also comes with a private pier, and the room is cozy.

My father is a businessman who decided to buy this 2-bedroom unit for this low-rise project. The room is spacious, surrounded by a green garden and swimming pool. Most importantly, it's close to Jomtien Beach South, and it's also close to a private marina, so my dad doesn't have to find a boat dock to rent anymore. Plus, it's easy to get to several places such as schools, tourist attractions, shopping malls, and 7-11. Oh! There is a fitness center and on-site restaurants so I can get food delivered to the room. Overall, I'm so impressed, especially the security guards and staff at the lobby. They are very friendly. The only downside is that the parking space is not enough for the residents. If this problem gets fixed, this condo will be the best!
