    This stylish place to stay is perfect for families or friends wanting a home away from homeLocated in the posh Laguna area, the villa is 30 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from Laguna beach, Boat Avenue, restaurants and 20 minutes from Patong.The villa is fully air-conditioned, has 4 separate rooms with ensuite bathrooms overlooking the pool. It has a separate living / dining space with a fully equipped kitchen, maid service and parking.  We dont allow pets.  Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms, bathrooms and the living/dining areasThe Laguna area is perhaps the nicest area in Phuket. It is a 30 minute drive from Phuket International Airport and 20 mins by car to Patong.  Laguna Beach and Bangtao beach are very close. There are a number of golf courses in Laguna too. It has lovely shopping areas, amazing restaurants and Boat avenue is 4 minute drive. Ordering in via Grab or Food Panda are very convenient options for in villa diningThe neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful yet close to anything that you may need.Getting around is easy. Either you could have a self drive car or hire a cab!. We can assist you in this. So, don't hesitate to ask.Most convenient stores, bars, restaurants and shopping areas are very close to the villa. The villa has 3 bedrooms all overlooking the private pool. Each room has an ensuite bathroom. All rooms are airconditionedThe living and dining area/ modular kitchen are airconditioned and are in a separate area within the 300 sq meter compound. The living room area has couches, cushions, coffee table, ceiing fans, TV (LED) 43 inches and a couple of rugs.The kitchen is equipped with stove, micro, refrigerator, dining table, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses and  whisky glasses, cutting board and an electric kettle.There is also a washing machine in a separate utility room. The villa has iron boards, iron, hangers, cupboards, towels, bedsheets, pool lounge beds, swimming towels and other linen. A wifi connection already exists. Its ready to move in
