Firstly, those who want to buy a house in this project have to have their own car because there is no Skytrain, but it is close to Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway, which is easily accessible to everywhere. It is also close to shopping malls, such as Lotus's, Makro, and Big C. Anyway, the project here provides a broad living area with a spacious bedroom and bathroom. Importantly, it is affordable and ideal for those with a limited budget. Anyhow, with many residents, it may sometimes cause troubles, like mess-up parking!; but it's alright as the security guard does his great job. In general, I think it's nice that it is ideal for those who wish to buy a quality house at an affordable price.
