The setup today is that we have a 30-year lease which started when we started building (which was then held up during covid and completed last year) but so 5 years has passed since we started so left is 25 years. In the lease, which is in the name or myself and my wife, upon request, the land can be transferred for free, to a Thai company or a thai name, so if the buyer wants it in a company, no problem.
